How We Compare SaaS Tools
Transparency about our data sources, methodology, and limitations.
Data Sources
All pricing and feature data on GetSaasVs is collected from public vendor pricing pages and official product documentation. We do not rely on vendor-provided marketing materials.
- Pricing: Collected from each vendor's publicly accessible pricing page. Prices shown in EUR where available; USD converted at approximate current rates.
- G2 scores: Where available, pulled from G2.com — the largest verified B2B software review platform.
- Features: Based on official vendor feature pages and documentation.
What Is Automated
Our content pipeline automatically:
- Generates initial comparison page drafts using structured templates
- Checks vendor pricing pages for updates
- Flags pages where data may be outdated
What Is Manually Reviewed
Comparison verdicts, editor notes, and any "Editor's Take" sections are written or reviewed by a human editor. Automated content is treated as a first draft, not a final publication.
Pages with low data confidence (missing G2 scores or unverified pricing) are clearly labelled as such at the top of each comparison.
How Winners Are Chosen
Where sufficient data exists, we rank tools based on:
- G2 score (verified user reviews, weighted by review count)
- Pricing transparency and value at different team sizes
- Onboarding accessibility
- Integration ecosystem breadth
When data is insufficient to declare a clear winner, we say so explicitly. We do not fabricate scores or manufacture verdicts from incomplete data.

Update Frequency
Pricing data is checked regularly from vendor pages. Pages are marked with their last update date. The Gemini-powered redactor agent rewrites thin pages to improve depth and accuracy.
